Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance and Control: Develop and implement quality assurance plans, conduct site quality audits, and maintain audit records.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement cost, quality, and installation improvement initiatives.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with mechanical, electrical, and adjustment teams to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communication and Reporting: Create, distribute, collect, and review quality control check sheets, and perform corrective actions, auditing, and metric reporting duties.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction & Industrial Management, Architecture, or related field. Visual inspection certifications, weld inspection certifications, and QA/QC construction certificate are preferred.
  • Language Skills: Bilingual in Mandarin and English.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft and other computer skills.
  • Experience: At least 2 years QA/QC semiconductor facility construction experience.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced Certifications: ASNT VT Level II Certification, ASNT SNT-TC-1A Level II Certification, Caliber QC Visual Inspection Level II Certification, AWS Certified Welding Inspector Credential (CWI), IIW International Welding Inspector Certification, and relevant vendor weld certification course.
  • Leadership Experience: Managing people's experiences and knowledge of applicable codes and standards for industrial construction.
