Quality Control Inspector Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team at Acara Solutions. As a Quality Control Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring that our solar panels meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough inspections of incoming raw materials and solar panels to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Monitor the manufacturing process to identify defects or deviations from quality requirements.
  • Perform electrical and mechanical tests on solar panels to verify performance and adherence to specification.
  • Conduct visual inspections of solar panels for cosmetic defects and ensure that the appearance meets quality standards.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of inspection results and testing data.
  • Investigate and identify the root causes of quality issues and work collaboratively with production and engineering teams to implement corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • 2 or more years of work experience in quality control or assurance.
