Amenity Pool Services, a leading residential and commercial pool cleaning service company, is currently seeking a high-energy and dynamic Business Development Specialist to join our team. As a pivotal part of our growth strategy, this role is designed for a sales professional who is passionate about building relationships and expanding our market presence. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing sales strategies, and cultivating lasting relationships with both new and existing clients to achieve sales targets and drive the company's revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the residential and commercial pool service sector.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new contracts and enhance sales with existing clients.

  • Engage with potential clients through cold calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings to present our services and create tailored proposals that meet their needs.

  • Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities and manage sales forecasts to ensure targets are met or exceeded.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and materials that support business development efforts.

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to advise on potential impacts on the business.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the pool service industry or a related field.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

  • A results-driven approach with a commitment to achieving sales targets.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • A self-starter with a high level of energy, motivation, and a team-oriented attitude.

  • Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.

  • Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License

  • Must have a clean MVR

  • Must be 21 years or older
