Business Development Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the residential and commercial pool service sector.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to secure new contracts and enhance sales with existing clients.
- Maintain a robust pipeline of business opportunities and manage sales forecasts to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and materials that support business development efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory changes to advise on potential impacts on the business.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in sales or business development, ideally within the pool service industry or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
- A results-driven approach with a commitment to achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- A self-starter with a high level of energy, motivation, and a team-oriented attitude.
- Knowledge of Salesforce is preferred.
- Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License
- Must have a clean MVR
- Must be 21 years or older

This is a commission based position with unlimited earning potential.
