Job DescriptionJob Description

The Case Manager will serve as the youth and family's advocate for coordinating all necessary services, and will document the youth's referral service to satisfactory completion of each service related to specific court ordered conditions. The case manger exercises discretion and independent judgement in the performance of the position while monitoring processes that ensure compliance with court ordered conditions, community safety issues, and completion of all conditions leading to successful discharge for every youth entered in the program. 

Education and experience:

Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field, plus(1) year experience providing services to children/youth and families Volunteer experience can serve as experience.
