The Technical Support Specialist position is an onsite role at KOBOLD and we want you to help us to provide quality post-sales product phone support, because at KOBOLD, every customer matters.
As you continue to progress with your technical career and get to know KOBOLD from top to bottom (product parts, functions, and processes), you will oversee the handling of returns (RMA process), repairs, and calibrations. You will quote, document, and determine a replacement strategy.
After completing incoming inspection to products, you’ll get to use your hands-on technical ability to perform repairs as you determine, and select the best methods to credit, repair, and/or replace returned items. With your communication ability, you will excel at working with our customers for optimum support and solutions.

Your technical acumen is your superpower, enabling you to understand and passionately champion our innovative suite of industrial instrumentation products. A working knowledge of programming software and Microsoft Office Suite is ideal.
While an associate or technical degree in electronics or mechatronics is required, equivalent work experience of 10+ years with a manufacturing background will set you up for success.
