We service Clark and Cowlitz counties, with offices in Vancouver and Longview.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in court or before government agencies
  • Supporting the firm with 4 other attorneys and staff on all legal cases
  • Prepare and draft legal documents on behalf of clients
  • Advise clients on business and legal transactions
  • Negotiate settlements for legal disputes
  • Comply with all legal standards and regulations
  • Perform administrative and management functions related to the practice of law

​​Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a law firm or public defender office.
  • Active bar license in the state of Washington
  • Experience with family law and/or estate planning a plus
  • Familiarity with various legal documents
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
