Senior Patent Paralegal

We are seeking a highly experienced and organized Senior Patent Paralegal to join our Legal Department and provide comprehensive support to our Executive Leadership Team.

• Manage and maintain our patent portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate filing with the USPTO.
• Conduct thorough prior art searches and analyze results to inform patent strategy.
• Collaborate with attorneys on in-house business affairs and litigation, including discovery needs.
• Support commercial contract deal flow and serve as a trusted legal advisor to our Chief Legal Officer and Executive Leadership.

• Certification or associate's degree in paralegal studies, with a bachelor of science degree in engineering preferred.
• A minimum of five years of experience in a paralegal role, preferably in a large firm and/or in-house legal department.
• Investigative mind and strong legal research skills, particularly in patent law.
• Excellent communication, writing, and time management skills.
