Accountants One has a client that is hiring an Accounting Manager in Duluth. They prefer a CPA, Master in Accounting with 5 years of experience in general ledger accounting understanding, Financial analysis, double-entry accounting, and risk mitigation. This person needs to be strong with Microsoft Office and have advanced Excel skills such as Pivot Tables and VLOOK UP function. 

Requirements: 

  • Supervise the billing and collections specialist role.
  • Provide support to our Payroll Contractor and help define our future Payroll processes.
  • Support the annual audit process by providing the necessary documentation and details required.
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Responsible for the accounts payable and receivables functions from beginning to end.
  • Process the weekly check and deposit runs and bank reconciliations.
  • Financial reports and analysis.
  • Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
  • Assist with preparing and tracking various tax documents and registrations including payroll taxes.
  • Review, process, and manage the expense reimbursement process.
  • Assist in the implementation of a new collections system.
  • Supervise the billing and collections specialist role.
