Albino Construction is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team in Los Angeles. Albino Construction is a privately held company that prides itself in the beauty of its craftsmanship, honesty, reliability, and commitment to forging lifelong relationships. We have been building luxury homes on the west side of Los Angeles for over three decades. Our mission is to build beautiful and lasting homes. The Administrative Assistant plays a crucial role in ensuring all company departments work seamlessly to deliver exceptional client service. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. 

Job Responsibilities

  • Greet clients and visitors warmly and professionally.

  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare agendas.

  • Act as the point of contact between leadership, employees, subcontractors, and clients.

  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

  • Schedule appointments and inspections as needed.

  • Assist with data entry and clerical support.

  • Monitor and order office and job site supplies

  • Review, file, and manage construction documentation for multiple projects.

  • Organize incoming and outgoing mail and packages efficiently.

  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.

  • Support leadership with ad hoc projects and personal assistant duties.

  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Skills & Qualifications

  • High school diploma.

  • At least 1-3 years of proven experience in administrative assistance or customer service-related roles.

  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and Dropbox.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Proactive, responsible, and self-starting attitude.

  • A professional and friendly demeanor.

  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.

Work Hours & Probationary Period

  • Hours: Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm PT at our Culver City office.

  • Probationary Period: New employees undergo a 90-day probationary period, subject to management’s discretion for extension or reduction. During this period, the employee will have an opportunity to meet the position expectations set forth in the job description and meet management’s specific goals and objectives.
