• Developing management reports to drive cost improvements
• Providing guidance and assuming responsibility for the financial records of the company including
financial reporting, financial planning and financial systems
• Managing and complying with local, state and federal government reporting requirements and tax
filings
• Keeping up to date with accounting developments; researching and providing recommendations
related to complex accounting issues
• Ensuring the selection, development, motivation and retention of the qualified financial
management staff to effectively carry out all functions and provide continuity of managerial and
specialized skills.
• Establishing and maintaining overhead and labor rates used in standard costs; performing
inventory valuations, including calculating inventory reserves
• Managing the year-end external audit process and tax reporting functions; providing auditors with
all supporting information requested and respond to questions on a timely basis
• Overseeing the accounting for property development and leases
• Partnering with insurance providers to ensure adequate coverage

enhance the overall top management team and will function as a business partner to the
management team.
• A successful, broad-gauged accounting professional with proven experience reflecting progressive

• A Proven Leader: One who can recruit and develop a top-notch team capable of supporting future
