Regional Account Manager

We are Nightforce Optics, a leading manufacturer and marketer of premium sport optics products. Our mission is to build the finest riflescopes on the market, and we're looking for a talented Regional Account Manager to join our creative and resourceful Sales team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with dealers, distributors, and key accounts within your designated region.
  • Maximize account opportunities by facilitating regional and local relationships.
  • Assist with identifying key imperatives, quarterly and yearly roadmaps that include account priorities based on NFO's strategic initiatives and forecasts.
  • Achieve strategic customer objectives as defined by company management.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain professional business relationships with current customers, dealers, and distributors as well as prospective clients in the assigned area to generate new business for Nightforce Optics products.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Five years in a sales role within a similar product range or industry.
  • Ability to travel up to 40% for business needs.
  • Experience working with sales metrics and utilizing CRM tools in order to effectively monitor sales activities.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and have a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to multi-task and remain organized while adapting to the needs of the organization.
  • Proficiency with GoogleSuite or Microsoft Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Must be a team player with a positive attitude.
  • Proven understanding and achievements of effective selling skills, principles, and methods.
  • Proven understanding and achievements of account management skills, principles, and methods.
  • Proficient ability to communicate mechanical and technical aspects of products and designs.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in shooting and hunting sports.
  • Sport optic industry and long-range shooting/ballistics.
