Work Model:

What you will do: 

  • Oversee remittance and refund processes
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Handle vendor inquiries 
  • Manage 1099 process 
  • Identify process improvement opportunities 
  • Assist with audits as needed 

What you will need to be successful: 

  • Associate degree in accounting or a related field preferred 
  • 3+ years experience in accounting processes such as accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Knowledge of databases
  • 1099 processing experience preferred 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient organization and time-management skills.
  • Strong technical abilities, including Excel knowledge and experience
