We are looking for an Accounting Manager. Your responsibilities will be:

  • Manage the day-to-day financial obligations and requirements of the company
  • Manage the billing, receipts and payment obligations of the company
  • Responsible for all areas relating to accounting functions and financial reporting
  • Provide timely payroll and commission information to our Payroll Service Company
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly accounting tasks and activities as required by the CEO and/or President
  • Make recommendations to the CEO and President for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
  • Interface with other departments to verify transaction report data and issues
  • Advise staff regarding the handling of non-routine reporting transactions
  • Work with the retained company CPA firm to ensure a clean and timely year-end audit
  • Ensure all financial reporting deadlines are met
  • Assist in development and implementation of new procedures and features to enhance the workflow of the department
  • Provide training to new and existing staff as needed
  • Work with the CEO and President to establish performance goals and objectives for each year and monitor and advise on the progress to enhance the professional development of staff
  • Establish and Manage CIF’s (Corrective Actions) as it relates to our Quality Management System for any specific customer or supplier concerns or claims

Experience in the Graphic Arts/Paper Industries preferred but not required.
