This role involves providing technical assistance and support to surgery centers and hospitals, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, conducting customer training, creating documentation, collaborating with development and product teams, and preparing technical presentations. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, with 1-2 years of technical support experience, preferably in healthcare technology; new graduates with strong resumes will also be considered. Required skills include proficiency in troubleshooting SaaS platforms, IoT, and AI technologies, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to analyze and solve problems effectively. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with healthcare regulations, experience with cloud computing, knowledge of network configurations and security protocols, and proficiency in multiple programming languages.
