Business Development Manager

Our client, a leader in the disaster restoration industry, specializes in the cleanup and restoration of residential and commercial properties after damages caused by fire, water, smoke, and mold.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Commercial Business Development Representative for a multi-unit operator. This role will serve the territories of Greensboro, Kernersville, and Burlington NC.
This is a base salary + commission role and comes with full medical benefits.
Salary: $55K-$65K
Responsibilities:
- Establishing and maintaining relationships between large business development partners and key associations.
- Engagement in one-to-one relationships and establishment of brand awareness.
- Provide Priority Response for large commercial businesses.
- Establish lead qualification for potential commercial projects.
- Provide and execute storm responses for commercial clients.
- Utilize contact record management (CRM) management system to document client & franchise community engagements.
- Assist with program implementation for all new commercial clients.
- Maximize account opportunities (leads, jobs, and revenue) by commercial clients.
- Communicate activities and results to commercial clients.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a similarly related field is required.
- A minimum of two (2) years of progressively responsible business-to-business outside sales experience.
- Experience with sales and marketing with an emphasis on the commercial development sector.
- Experience in the commercial cleaning and restoration or insurance industry is preferred, but not required.
- Experience working with property management in a sales setting is required.
- Working knowledge of business software technologies is preferable.
