Our Client is seeking an Account Receivables Specialist for its Suwanee, GA location. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years’ full cycle accounts receivable experience. Resource will also have experience in ERP systems (SAP, JD Edwards, Oracle, NetSuite, Salesforce, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.). This role will be responsible for performing AR duties, setting up customers in system, preparing/calculating/issuing invoices to customers, processing credit applications, monitoring and reconciling accounts, researching discrepancies, performing financial calculations, posting cash receipts, applying payments to customer accounts, handling banking functions, handling collections on past due accounts, negotiating payment plans, handling vendor relationships, and maintain accurate data in system. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred, but not required.
