THIS IS A HYBRID ROLE

About the role:

 An ideal candidate for this role will be detail-oriented, organized, flexible, handle multiple tasks, and manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced work environment. You are part of a dynamic Sales Operations team and have a successful track record working on a wide variety of sales operations functions. This includes, data entry, data validation, maintaining SSOT (Single Source of Truth), Level 1 Support for Salesforce (SFDC) CRM users, and reporting.

 You will be understanding the client's requirements, analyzing and manipulating data in spreadsheets using advanced spreadsheet functions and formulas (Examples: Lookup & Reference, Pivot tables, Math & Logical).. You will be performing data entry and updates related to pricing, promotions, and account configuration activities in SFDC.. You will be performing repetitive tasks and must be flexible to accommodate fast-paced changes.

Technical Skills Required:

Query Languages: Basic understanding of SQL

Spreadsheets: Advanced Proficiency in MS Excel/ Google Spreadsheets

CRM: Experience in Salesforce.com (Salesforce Lightning Version) as a sales Operations user

Collaboration/ Communication: Office 365, Chat/ Messaging Tools

Roles & Responsibilities:

●       Performing data entry & validation ,maintaining  accounts and user set-up in SFDC, and entering pricing and promotions details.

●       Update partner communication or other sales operations communication documents and email them to the corresponding partners/ resellers.

●       Monitoring data pipelines and communicating with Engineering teams to resolve any issues with data pipelines.

●       Running predefined SQL queries to pull data from tables and conducting data validation & investigation.

●       Interpreting data presented in the form of tables, charts, and reports and making valid inferences using descriptive statistics and data trend analysis.

●       Publishing periodic performance reports and providing recommendations to improve the performance of various stakeholders involved in the sales process.

●       Working collaboratively with Account Management, Sales Operations, Finance, Demand Planning, Technology Development, and Engineering Support teams to ensure an efficient business processes.

●       Responding to critical production operational issues and following up with the application/ technical team for resolution.

●       Coordinating with different teams on the integration points and bringing resolution to the problems.

●       Recommending ideas to improve the overall process and ensure an efficient workflow.

●        Updating documentation on all activities and deliverables.
