**Key Responsibilities**

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including culinary, safety, sanitation, HR, and facility maintenance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
  • Lead and motivate a team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales targets.
  • Monitor and control labor costs, inventory, and expenses to ensure profitability.
