This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces while leading a dedicated team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of landscaping projects from planning to execution, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to timelines.
  • Develop and implement landscape designs that meet client expectations while considering factors such as site conditions, budget constraints, and sustainability principles.
  • Manage and mentor a team of landscape technicians, providing guidance, training, and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to communicate project requirements, address concerns, and ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct site assessments to evaluate soil conditions, plant health, drainage issues, and other factors affecting landscape design and maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate records of project expenses, inventory, equipment maintenance, and other relevant data to ensure efficient operations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of landscaping services.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in landscape design, installation, and maintenance, with at least 2 years of managerial experience.
  • Strong knowledge of plant species, soil types, irrigation systems, and other landscaping principles. As well has patio foundations, and hardscaping principles
  • Proficiency in CAD & LMN software, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients, team members, and external stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals and exceed client expectations.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
