Position Overview:
FRA is seeking a Management Analyst to enhance operational efficiency. The selected candidate will engage in organizational assessments and evaluations, develop systems and procedures, conduct work simplification and measurement studies, and create operational manuals to assist management in improving effectiveness and efficiency.

Qualifications:
Minimum Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related scientific or technical field.
- A Master of Science degree in the aforementioned fields will be considered equivalent to one year of specialized experience and two years of general experience.
- A Ph.D. in the relevant fields will be regarded as equivalent to two years of specialized experience and three years of general experience.
- A minimum of six years of experience, with at least three years in a specialized role within a related scientific or technical discipline.
