Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a small crew of landscapers to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
  • Develop and implement landscape maintenance plans to meet the needs of our clients.
  • Operate and maintain complex landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and other machinery.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations regarding pesticide applications, watering needs, and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of landscaping projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Landscape Architecture, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance, with a focus on senior-level roles.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • VDACS Registered Technician certification.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience leading a small crew and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of landscape maintenance software and technology.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
