IT Support Specialist

Pride Health is seeking (IT Support) for one of the large health systems based out of (Aurora, CO 80045)

Job Title- IT Support

Location- Aurora, CO 80045

Duration- 3 months + Possible extension

Shift- 9 AM – 5 PM

Pay Range- $25/hr - $29/hr.

Job Description

  • Provides initial technical support to Team Members via phone with regards to computers, servers, applications, and hardware issues.
  • Assesses the nature of the problem and resolves using documented procedures and checklists and by simulating or recreating the incident.
  • Documents all calls in the tracking system, escalating complex problems to more experienced support, when necessary.
  • The candidate will not need a high degree of technical skills and background, but they do need to be familiar with the Windows operating system, and basic technical background.
  • Must have experience in EPIC.
