We are looking to hire an Office Manager Executive Assistant to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing the administrative activities of the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage records and information
  • Track Sales, Shipping, and Collections
  • Handle Client Issus
  • Generate Required Reports
  • Provide administrative assistance to the management team
  • Perform other office tasks (replenish office supplies,  etc.)

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in administrative services or other related fields (2 years minimum)
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Proficient in Quickbooks and Word
