Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce Icebear's unique powersports product lines.
- Utilize software tools, to manage customer interactions and track sales activities effectively.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Implement telemarketing techniques to generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries.
- Contribute to the overall success of the sales department by meeting individual and team goals.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role within Powersports industry (minimum of two years of Powersports wholesale experience is required).
- Familiarity with Netsuite or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of outbound calling and warm calling techniques.
- Ability to effectively communicate product information and sales propositions.
- Experience in telemarketing or sales is a plus.
