The Inside Sales Coordinator will engage in selling our products and services through inbound and outbound communications, as well as face-to-face interactions at our branch. The Inside Sales Coordinator will also assist customers with their orders, provide product information, and address inquiries related to parts, pricing, and services. Building strong relationships with potential clients is essential, as is delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by assessing client needs and responding to inquiries about parts, pricing, and availability.
  • Provide detailed information regarding warranties, pricing, quality of components, delivery timelines, and payment options.
  • Complete necessary internal documentation for transactions, including credits, invoices, and work orders.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with potential clients to generate new business opportunities.
  • Communicate unit prices, shipping dates, expected delays, and any additional information required by customers.
  • Advise clients on alternative parts or modifications when requested items are unavailable.
  • Process orders accurately, ensuring correct handling, pricing, quantities, and shipping details.
  • Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure satisfaction.
  • Evaluate and suggest appropriate pricing for parts based on various criteria.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent (DVS in Canada).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coursework or degree in a related field.
  • Previous experience in the automotive industry and familiarity with automotive parts.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Capability to convey product information and availability clearly to customers.
  • Ability to interact tactfully with clients.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and proactive.

Work Environment:

  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends.
