Job Description:
The Personal Assistant will play a crucial role in the daily operations of our company, including uploading listings, tracking bills and expenses, executing new business initiatives, and more. This position offers a multifaceted work environment and a substantial opportunity to grow and learn about all things related to real estate.

Responsibilities:
- Uploading and managing property listings.
- Tracking and managing bills and expenses.
- Executing and overseeing new business initiatives.
- Assisting in social media management – editing, posting photos, and videos.
- Conducting administrative tasks related to real estate transactions.
- Learning and adapting to new tools and technologies.

Qualifications:
- Must have past Real Estate Experience and License or willingness to complete (Schooling and costs will be funded by us).
- Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
- Tech-savvy with a willingness to learn new tools and platforms.
- High level of discipline, integrity, and honesty.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Consistency and punctuality are a must.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
