At Moxie Pest Control, we are committed to providing exceptional pest control services with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction. As we expand our operations, we are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales Leader to spearhead our commercial sales division from the ground up.

The Sales Leader for Commercial Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing a robust sales strategy aimed at acquiring and retaining business-to-business (B2B) clients across multiple locations. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record in sales management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to scale a sales operation. A key aspect of this role will also be building and leading a team of Account Executives dedicated to driving commercial sales.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for the commercial pest control sector.

  • Set clear objectives, performance metrics, and sales targets for the commercial sales team.

  • Identify and target key market segments and potential clients.

  • Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, including Account Executives.

  • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

  • Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and professional development opportunities to team members.

  • Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth execution of sales processes.

  • Develop and manage a scalable sales infrastructure, including CRM systems, sales tools, and reporting mechanisms.

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, adjusting strategies as needed to achieve goals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.

  • Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for major commercial accounts.

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.

  • Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand the client base.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns.

  • Manage the commercial sales budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI.

  • Develop pricing strategies and negotiate contracts with clients.

  • Monitor financial performance, providing regular reports to senior management.

  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures within the sales team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred).

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in commercial pest control sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.

  • Proven track record of successfully building and scaling a sales team and operation.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and sales metrics.

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

  • Experience in building and managing a team of Account Executives.

  • Ability to travel as needed to meet with clients and oversee multiple locations.
