Role Overview:

A leading North American company seeks a strategic leader to work closely with the CCO and private equity partners. This role involves enhancing the commercial organization and implementing a value creation strategy to improve financial and operational outcomes. The Director will evaluate and implement new market strategies, oversee performance management, drive digital transformation, and support various initiatives. This position offers significant development opportunities and potential for future advancement within the company.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with CCO, private equity sponsors, and executives to track and achieve the value creation roadmap and prepare for exit readiness.
  • Work with consultants to identify and deliver transformation initiatives focused on efficiency and cost reduction.
  • Create and manage project plans, ensure accountability, and communicate progress and results effectively.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement within the commercial team.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for the CCO to share with the executive team and board.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams for successful initiative implementation.
  • Facilitate meetings, manage agendas, and ensure follow-up on action items.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
  • Over 5 years of experience in management consulting or commercial transformation leadership.
  • Strong understanding of finance and accounting practices, with proven success in leading transformational projects in commercial, marketing, or sales roles.
  • Experience in strategic planning, business valuation, and project management.
  • Exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and influencing abilities, with a focus on achieving results and managing change.
