The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for maintaining all documentation regarding workplace safety regulations, safety certifications, and other relevant information. This administrative role requires acute attention to detail and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently to contribute to the team overall. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:

 

Primary Responsibilities:

- General administrative duties, including answering multi-line phones, faxing documents, and processing check requests.

- Process paperwork and requests for customers.

- Schedule appointments and meetings on behalf of the leadership team; prepare agendas and any material needed for meetings.

- Prepare spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel to track and monitor data about ongoing projects; generate reports from these data for management.

- Prepare written correspondence as needed with customers and internal departments.

- Manage team calendar.

- Prepare and distribute team communications as needed.

- Prepare paperwork in accordance with LED workplace safety requirements and certifications.

- Scan completed certifications and documents and update our SharePoint; distribute information to team members.

- Provide administrative support to our Operations team.

- Additional duties as assigned by manager.

 

Qualifications:

- High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and SharePoint

- Excellent organization skills with an ability to work independently and have attention to detail

- Ability to learn quickly within a fast-paced environment

- Skilled at facilitating escalated customer issues through positive resolution and satisfaction

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Flexibility and ability to adapt well in a changing and challenging environment

- 2-3 years of experience in home improvements or construction in a coordinator or administration role preferred

 

Compensation and Benefits:

- $22-25/hour

Schedule:

- Onsite in our Stamford office

- Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm
