REAL ESTATE PROPERTY INSPECTOR

 

We are looking for a conscientious and committed individual to add value through this field support position.  Our environment is fast-paced and growing.  This is a great opportunity if you want to enter the real estate industry, have an eye for detail, enjoy working in the field and are motivated to learn.

We are a primary leader in the real estate industry because of our commitment to excellence. 

Responsibilities would include inspection of properties in our inventory; taking pictures of the entire property, documenting any changes from last inspection, noting hazardous or safety issues, and communicating any concerns to our property preservation department.  You would receive an inspection route weekly and be required to send documentation and photos to our office within a specific timeframe. 

Even if you have no real estate or construction experience, complete and detailed training will be given to bring you to a comfort level to properly perform your inspections to meet expectations.  If you have a desire to learn we can teach you

Qualifications:

Must own smartphone

Must own reliable vehicle with proper state required license and insurance
