This is an entry -evel position in which you will be trained to build relationships with our most important partners and clients, helping them thrive by providing innovative payment processing solutions and unparalleled support.

Role Specifications:

  • Supporting our global partner network
  • Providing solutions for specific merchant needs
  • Creating tickets for customer service and support teams

What We Are Looking For:

  • Eagerness to learn and be a team player
  • Troubleshooting computer/technical equipment experience
  • A confident phone voice
  • Confidence to work independently
  • Diligence in notating work progress
  • College Degree
  • Bi-lingual is a plus
  • Willingness to work on-call for after-hours support (additional compensation provided

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
