Sales Leader

We're looking for an ambitious and goal-driven salesperson who understands the local market and can generate ideas that drive new sales. We need a self-starter who can hit the ground running and always strives to exceed sales targets. Our next area sales leader is self-assured and has excellent communication skills to maintain relationships with existing customers while also seeking out new prospects through referrals and networking. Compensation:$100,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Study and research local market trends and competitor activity to discover potential leads
- Increase new business and accelerate revenue generation by cold calling, on-site visits, and sales tours, as well as engaging your local community network
- Assess the performance of specific properties in your area and develop sales plans and goals that are in line with the broader brand goals
- Motivate the sales team to meet or exceed established monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and profit margin targets
- Establish an up-to-date list of key customers to ensure that connections and positive relationships continue to develop
- This position requires previous work experience in a hospitality role
- Stays organized and manage time well
- Must possess a high school diploma or GED and a bachelor’s degree in business or a similar major is desired
- Exhibits superior communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities
- At least 3 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role in the sales department, preferably in the hospitality industry
