The Field Sales position’s primary purpose is to cater to customers and their project needs that Biltright often encounters and to generate sales for the business. High level communication skills, customer service, a passion for sales and attention to details will be required. In this position you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, taking photos and measurements, and closing sales.

 

Responsibilities

  • Generating leads through dealers as well as, networking, events, social media, door knocking, and other lead generation techniques
  • Generating install and material sales through in-person appointments
  • Maintaining all dealer relationships and presenting product knowledge trainings
  • Show up to all scheduled appointments to accurately measure and design jobs for customers
  • Conduct in-person sales and product presentations to showcase our products and services
  • Meet and exceed all quotas and goals set
  • Customer management through CRM platforms
  • Completing all design details with the customer
  • Processing sales orders accurately and following up with clients after the sale

Requirements

  • Must fit our company culture
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • High level of self motivation and a proactive approach to sales
  • Ability to work independently as well as work well with a team
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Sales experience is preferred
  • Technical proficiency skills (iPad software, email, google, and using new apps/software) 
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
 

Schedule

  • Full Time
  • 5 days a week (Tue-Sat)
 

Compensation 

  • $40,000 annual base salary  
  • $1,000 per month car allowance 
  • $50 phone allowance
  • Commissions
