This Contract opportunity offers $17/Hour

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate clinical appointments for patients requiring home health care services.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare providers to ensure all appointments are scheduled promptly and accurately.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient information, appointments, and communication logs.
  • Assist patients with inquiries, provide information about services, and address any concerns or issues in a professional and compassionate manner.
  • Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless coordination of care for patients.
  • Follow up with patients to confirm appointments and provide reminders as needed.
  • Adhere to all privacy and confidentiality regulations when handling patient information.
  • Provide administrative support as needed, including data entry, filing, and documentation.


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a patient services or customer service role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare regulations preferred.
  • Compassionate and empathetic attitude towards patients and their families.
