Our client's small business has been growing to the point where someone needs to be brought in as a type of office manager.  Right now, this is intended to be something that starts at about 9am daily and is an 8-hour day, 5 days/week although there can be some flexibility as the job is developed.  The idea is that it starts out as a temporary arrangement, but when the right person, duties, and fit is found it eventually becomes a long-term permanent job that is mutually agreeable.

 

It will be a match for someone who agrees to have fun at work  You'll be the one responsible for answering the phone calls and either learning to help the clients calling in or taking proper messages.  This might involve taking orders, maintaining files, talking to vendors, preparing quotes, helping to label and prepare very small packages for shipping.  Knowledge of printing and good math skills would go a long way toward quickly learning the business.
