We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outbound Sales Representative to join our team and drive sales growth in the corporate sector.

 

Job Description:

As an Outbound Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling trailer parts to corporate buyers, including fleet managers and fleet maintenance managers. Your primary goal will be to generate new business, follow up on leads, build lasting relationships, and prepare compelling proposals to meet the needs of our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, excellent communication skills, and experience using Salesforce CRM. Knowledge of trailers or trucking parts is highly desirable.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and prospect new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails, and other communication methods.

Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources.

Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate buyers, including fleet managers and fleet maintenance managers.

Understand the needs of clients and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of our products and services.

Use Salesforce CRM to manage and track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions.

Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and product knowledge to effectively position our offerings.

Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

 

Qualifications:

Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in the trailer parts or trucking industry.

Familiarity with Salesforce CRM or similar customer relationship management systems.

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.

Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

Knowledge of trailers, trucking parts, or related industries is a plus.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to prepare and deliver effective sales proposals and presentations.
