**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate appointments
- Utilize warm calling strategies to engage prospects effectively
- Communicate product/service features and benefits to potential customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads
- Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Prior experience in sales, technical sales, or inside sales preferred
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey information
- Ability to market products/services persuasively
- Comfortable with outbound calling and warm calling techniques

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $8.00 - $12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
