Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Magnetic Particle Inspector to join our team.

As an MPI, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet quality standards and specifications.

You will perform inspectionsanalyze data, and maintain quality systems to ensure compliance with industry regulations.

EXPERIENCE

Required:

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Basic knowledge of the prep process for Mag-Particle Inspection

Desirable:

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish)
  • MAG Certification

Duties:

- Conduct inspections of incoming materials, in-process production, and finished products
- Use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges to verify product dimensions
- Analyze inspection data and identify trends or issues that may affect product quality
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality concerns and implement corrective actions
- Conduct quality audits to assess compliance with company standards and CGMP regulations
- Fabricate samples or prototypes for testing purposes
- Document inspection results, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports for management
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality systems and processes

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of QA/QC principles and quality management systems
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends or patterns
- Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and gauges
- Familiarity with quality assurance processes and procedures
- Knowledge of CGMP regulations and industry standards
- Experience conducting quality audits is preferred
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
