Responsibilities:
- Independent Lead Generation: Utilize your initiative to identify potential leads and build relationships with local businesses, schools, and organizations.
- Strategic Sales Outreach:Develop and implement independent strategies to reach potential members through phone calls, emails, and in-person interactions.
- Community Engagement:Be the face of our gym at local events, engaging with potential members and promoting our offerings.
- Partnership Building:Collaborate independently with local businesses for cross-promotions and partnerships.
Qualifications:
- Aggressive attitude toward pursuing leads and sales.
- Previous sales experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter who can balance working independently but team-oriented.
- Outgoing personality with a willingness to talk to people anywhere.
- Ability to work 20-40 hours per week, including evenings and weekends (as needed/wanted).
