The specialist will assist customers in our retail environment, facilitate eyewear sales, verify insurance details, and ensure a tidy and inviting store atmosphere for 3-5 business days. During quieter retail periods, the specialist will dedicate 2-3 business days to prospecting new optical clientele.
This role offers a competitive base salary along with a lucrative sales commission for wholesale accounts.
The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about collaborating with a dynamic, emerging brand and keen to incorporate a titanium eyewear line into their offerings.
Prior experience in the optical industry, either as a representative with a proven success record or in optical retail, is highly desirable.
We are looking for an organized, self-driven individual with excellent customer service abilities, attention to detail, and a strong understanding of the importance of client follow-up.
Basic computer skills are essential, as most communications will occur digitally.
