Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Set up, program, and operate Robotic Automation Equipment to insure proper processing of individual parts and components.
  • Troubleshoot the production process, including tooling and equipment to improve throughput and accuracy.
  • Assist the resolution of quality issues.
  • Ensure the work area maintains a safe and clean environment.
  • Become familiar with specific customer and industry specifications/requirements and ensure these are maintained at all times.

Requirements

· High school diploma or equivalent required, with 3+ years of production process experience. Associates degree preferred.

· Experience in a manufacturing environment processing electronic parts.

· Experience with surface mount technology, including hand soldering, preferred.

· Experience with automated pick and place equipment preferred

· Mechanically-inclined, capable of adjusting equipment setup based on visual inspection of the finished product and understanding of the process.

· Excellent manual dexterity and eyesight to make fine alignment changes to tooling and to work with small components.

· Experience working in an ESD safe environment and, also comfortable using a microscope.

    • 1st Shift Mon-Fri, 7:00am to 3:30pm
    • 2nd Shift Mon-Fri, 3:15pm to 11:45pm
