Job DescriptionJob Description

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Provide data entry support that is required to update and maintain the integrity of the information in both the payroll and timekeeping systems.
  • Reconcile Payroll reports.
  • Make payments timely and accurately.
  • Enter deduction arrears for any amounts due from employees.
  • Responsible for payroll taxes and fringe reporting.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or requested.


Education and Experience:

  • Friendly demeanor, professional and businesslike dress and attitude.
  • Excellent written communication skills.  Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide range of diverse individuals.
  • Ability to multi-task and to complete work assignments with interruptions.
