Local Non-profit foster family agency in search of detail oriented candidate with experience and knowledge of general bookkeeping systems specifically using QuickBooks and Excel, preparing deposits, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll. Minimum 5 years managing accounts payable and receivables, preparing deposits, payroll knowledge, etc. and familiarity with general office procedures and machinery. Knowledge of QuickBooks, word, and excel required. Minimum 5 years experience required. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written is required; bilingual a plus.
Responsibilities
NON-PROFIT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Perform general bookkeeping duties using QuickBooks, Microsoft Office products including excel and word to maintain financial records, manage financial transactions and generate reports, reconcile balance sheets, prepare deposits, assist payroll, and process journal entries. Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing. Conduct bank and general ledger reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. Collaborate with team regarding these duties. NON-PROFIT EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.
