Select Physical Therapy is in search of a skilled outpatient physical therapist to join our esteemed orthopedic team. Our practice caters to a varied patient demographic, from adolescents to seniors, addressing a wide range of conditions including general orthopedics, sports injuries, neurological issues, and amputee rehabilitation. This role involves providing coverage as needed for our existing therapists during times of vacation, emergencies, or increased patient volume.

We offer competitive per diem compensation, with rates reaching up to $70 per hour. You have the flexibility to work in a single clinic or to rotate among multiple locations, depending on your preferences. Scheduling can be consistent on a weekly basis or adjusted week-to-week based on your availability. A minimum of 2 years of experience is required.

Compensation details include an hourly rate starting at $60.00 and going up to $70.00 per hour.

• Comply with state practice regulations and ensure adherence to the laws governing physical therapy practice and supervision.
• Complete all necessary corporate and clinical training, maintaining compliance with state, local, and federal regulations.
• Assess, treat, and oversee treatment plans for patients requiring physical therapy, documenting medical necessity clearly.
• Foster open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members, and third-party payers.
• Participate in facility meetings as directed by management.

• Graduate of an accredited American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) program.
• Valid State Physical Therapy License is mandatory.
• Current CPR certification is required.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is essential.
