Remote role

Quality Solutions Nationwide Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Account Manager to oversee our customer accounts from start to finish, ensuring strong, long-lasting relationships with our valued clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source competitive pricing options from multiple vendors and negotiate agreements.
  • Create and manage contracts, ensuring alignment with client needs.
  • Consolidate and manage construction schedules to meet tight deadlines.
  • Maintain and update customer profiles in Salesforce, our CRM platform.
  • Communicate professionally via phone and email, ensuring all correspondence is accurate and polished.
  • Answer customer inquiries promptly, with impeccable grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Work effectively from an office desk throughout the day, using MS Office and Outlook to support daily operations.
  • Multi-task and problem-solve efficiently to ensure smooth project execution.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Business to business sales/account management experience
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Previous experience in business, data entry, or computer-related roles is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and Outlook.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
