We are searching for an Executive Sous Chef/Sous Chef in Phoenix AZ.

In this position you will report to a corporate chef so you will be responsible for your own kitchen.

Must be able to speak Mandarin and must have experience in cooking Taiwanese food.

You will be responsible for developing menu's, creating healthy daily dishes with a flair for contemporary Taiwanese cuisine and the ability to keep up with food trends

Experience with leading a kitchen staff, ensuring high standards of quality and safety

You will be working in a new state of the art kitchen.

The hours are Monday to Friday 6am to 3pm
