Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the Executive Chef to maintain exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Oversee kitchen operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision
  • Develop and implement cost-control measures to optimize profitability
  • Lead by example, promoting a positive and professional work environment
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as company policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in high-volume or fine dining environments, preferably in a supervisory or executive sous chef role
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree or culinary school graduate preferred
  • Health and sanitation certification, as well as foodservice management certification, as required by state regulations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Competitive salary range of $75,000 to $85,000 per year, plus bonus
