Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-centric Customer Experience Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our dedicated Key Accounts team by providing exceptional service to our most valued clients. You will be the primary point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently, fostering strong relationships, and contributing to their overall satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide customer support for our web store customers via email and phone in a timely manner.
  • Proactively review orders daily and communicate with customers on any issues that could arrive, provide alternative solutions to meet their needs.
  • Work with team members to ensure orders are processed and shipped in a timely manner.
  • Enter purchase orders as needed, track open sales/purchase orders, and follow through from entry to delivery.
  • Organize/enter data into spreadsheets with strong attention to detail and formatting.
  • Actively participate in projects to assist Merchandise team with delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Escalate complex inquiries or concerns to the appropriate team member for resolution.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience.
  • Collaborate with the Key Accounts team to build strong relationships and understand client needs.
  • Stay up to date on company products, services, and promotions.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Proven ability to build rapport with customers and provide exceptional service.
  • Excellent communication skills including active listening
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
