The primary role of the Customer Experience Specialist is to:

  • Ensure that all visitors enjoy a memorable experience by serving as the first point of contact for our attractions, retail, and guest service areas.

Main Duties:

  • Welcome all guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Assist visitors with purchasing tickets, gift cards, merchandise, and rental items.
  • Organize and replenish product displays throughout the day.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation of retail areas.
  • Communicate inventory status to management.
  • Oversee safety and cleanliness protocols and explain safety measures.
  • Manage rental equipment distribution and collection.
  • Operate the guest train service.
  • Respond to guest inquiries via various communication channels in a courteous manner.
  • Understand and apply Loss Prevention procedures.
  • Stay informed about current promotions and sales.
  • Follow cash handling policies while operating the POS system.
  • Perform park command responsibilities.
  • Address guest concerns and direct them to appropriate staff for resolution.
  • Guide guests during peak times and assist in emergencies.
  • Coordinate the lost and found program.
  • Receive training in First Aid, CPR, and emergency protocols.
  • Familiarize oneself with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide assistance in other departments as needed.
  • Complete additional tasks as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum age of 16 years.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in cash handling and guest service is preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and math proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Frequent standing and movement (90% of the time).
  • Occasional kneeling and bending (30% of the time).
  • Ability to lift and carry items up to 30 pounds.
